by

in

In this episode, we explore the value of teacher voice and how it plays a crucial role in shaping educational practices. We discuss how educational research has, and has not, put teachers at the center of their work. Furthermore, we share how we plan to actively value teacher voice in the podcast by inviting educators to share their stories, challenges, and successes, thus creating a platform for their perspectives to be heard. We emphasize the importance of bringing the theory to practice, as theoretical frameworks must be informed by the realities faced by teachers in their daily lives. Ultimately, we aim to bridge the gap between research and real-world application, ensuring that teacher voices are not only acknowledged but are integral to the development of effective educational strategies.
